On Tuesday evening near Litchfield, New Hampshire, there was a collision involving two vehicles that resulted in the death of a motorcycle.
At around eleven minutes past eleven o’clock on Tuesday evening, Litchfield police and fire, along with an ambulance from Hudson, responded to a 911 call that reported a collision involving many vehicles in front of 519 Charles Bancroft Highway.
The cops who responded discovered a Harley-Davidson motorcycle and a Toyota RAV4 in the southbound traffic lane when they got at the scene when they arrived.
The driver of the motorcycle, named by the police as Jean Lopes, 41 years old, from Hudson, was discovered motionless in the street and was subsequently pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. There will be an autopsy performed by the officer who is in charge of the state medical examiner.
The police departments of Litchfield and Hudson are currently conducting an investigation to determine the specific events that led up to the auto accident.
As a result of the inquiry, the Charles Bancroft Highway was shut down for a number of hours in the vicinity of the collision.
