An accident that occurred on Sunday night in the downtown area of Los Angeles resulted in the hospitalization of one individual.
As reported by the Los Angeles Police Department, the collision took place at approximately 7:35 p.m. close to the intersection of Hill Street and 5th Street, which is located close to Pershing Square neighborhoods.
The suspect was reportedly driving a red Toyota, according to the police.
On the afternoon of Sunday, there was a demonstration in the downtown area. An announcement made by the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) to X at 4:34 p.m. stated that protesters were marching westbound on 1st Street through Little Tokyo.
