According to the authorities, the individual who tragically lost his life in a motorbike accident that occurred on Sunday afternoon in Quincy has been identified.
James M. Turner, 39, a resident of Quincy, was identified as the death victim of the collision that took place close to the intersection of North 26th Street and Locust, according to the Adams County Coroner Scott Graham.
