Nashville, TN – A former Nashville police officer who sparked national headlines after appearing in an X-rated mock traffic stop video with a local OnlyFans star has entered a new plea in court that allows him to avoid jail time.
The Plea Deal
Sean Herman, 35, pleaded no contest to felony official misconduct in Davidson County Criminal Court on Thursday. In exchange for his plea, Herman was sentenced to one year of supervised probation.
Judge Mark Fishburn also granted Herman judicial diversion—a program that allows eligible defendants to have their charges dismissed and their records cleared if they successfully complete probation without further violations.
This means that if Herman complies with all probation terms, the felony charge could eventually be wiped from his record.
The Scandal: A Mock Traffic Stop Gone Too Far
The case stems from a promotional skit filmed in April 2024 with local OnlyFans model Jordin, known online for creating adult content.
The raunchy clip showed Jordin being “pulled over” in what appeared to be a routine traffic stop. After some flirtatious exchanges, she exposed her breast and invited the officer to grope her to avoid a ticket. In the video, the officer—later identified as Herman—was seen grabbing her breast before she reached for his crotch.
Though the officer’s face was not visible, investigators from the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department’s Specialized Investigations Division noticed a partial police patch on the officer’s sleeve. Further inquiry confirmed Herman had participated in the video while on duty and in uniform.
Fallout for the Former Officer
Herman was arrested in June 2024 and charged with two counts of official misconduct. He was booked and released on a $3,000 bond.
By May 2024, the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department fired Herman, stating the video represented one of the “most outrageous and disrespectful acts” ever committed by one of its officers.
Later that summer, in August 2024, a state board indefinitely suspended his law enforcement certification in Tennessee. This suspension prevents him from serving as an officer but leaves the door open for reinstatement once his criminal case is fully resolved.

The OnlyFans Star Speaks Out
Jordin, the content creator at the center of the controversy, later explained the video was not intended for her paid subscribers but was shot for promotional use on social media platforms like X (formerly Twitter).
According to Jordin, she and her husband—who often appears in her content—initially posted on Reddit looking for someone to film a full-length video in the future. Herman responded, and the group devised the mock traffic stop concept.
According to NY Post, She claimed the skit was filmed in a warehouse parking lot before Herman’s shift began, though police investigators said he was technically on duty at the time.
When the scandal broke and Herman faced charges, Jordin said she “tried to stay out of it,” eventually pulling the video offline amid public backlash. Despite the controversy, Jordin admitted her OnlyFans subscriptions spiked after the story made headlines.
Looking Ahead
While Herman’s law enforcement career remains in limbo, his new plea deal spares him jail time. If he successfully completes probation, the misconduct charge could be removed from his record.
For now, the ex-officer’s future in policing depends on whether he petitions to have his certification reinstated in Tennessee once the case is closed.
