It has been raining in Boston on each and every weekend since March 1st. It is every weekend. Uncle, I don’t know how we landed on the wrong side of Mother Nature, but we’re crying because of it!
The fact that the last weekend of spring also included rainy weather is, after all, somewhat appropriate, right?
Before the rain arrived Over the course of Friday, Saturday will be filled with pleasurable hours. It is true that the warmth on Friday will have a flavour similar to that of summer, just like it did on Wednesday. It is sunny and in the 50s when the day begins. In the metro area, the afternoon maximum temperature is close to 75 degrees, and the wind is blowing from the south-west.
The late evening hour is still dry for having supper outside, but we anticipate that it will start raining shortly after midnight by the time we get there. There is a good chance that storm will arrive rather fast, with the heavier rains expected to arrive first in western Massachusetts. The sound of thunder could also be heard around seven o’clock in the morning.
Because of the greater rainfall totals—nearly two inches in New Hampshire and Maine—it is conceivable for areas with poor drainage and higher terrain to experience flooding on account of the increased rainfall.
Despite the fact that the most of the rain is leaving, a surface low is still present across New Jersey and Long Island. This will result in a lower amount of precipitation occurring on Sunday morning before 8 o’clock. There is a good chance that the sun will emerge for the afternoon.
Over the course of the following week, global models will continue to promote a string of summer-like days with high temperatures in the 70s and 80s.
