An investigation is being conducted by a family in South Florida after a young man, aged 20, was fatally shot over the weekend.
According to the investigators, they discovered a vehicle that was riddled with bullet holes and the victim later at the hospital. His family is now making an emotional appeal for justice in this situation.
Son, cousin, and uncle, Isaiah Gordon Jr., who was twenty years old, was the oldest of four children. He was reportedly an athlete, a rapper, and an entrepreneur, according to his family.
According to Gordon’s aunt, “His presence was always radiated with love and light.” “He had a promising future, but it never got off the ground.”
A BMW that had collided with other vehicles was discovered by the police on South-west 41st street in Pembroke Park early on Saturday morning, according to the detectives. Someone opened fire on the BMW, which was completely empty. In a later statement, the police stated that they discovered that Gordon had been shot multiple times and that someone had dropped him off at the Memorial Pembroke 24/7 Care Centre in Pembroke Pines. He passed away at Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood, where he was taken by medical personnel.
According to Gordon’s aunt, “He never hesitated to let us know how he felt about us, so this is really hard because he was such a loving kid.” As a result, this is a very difficult situation. It is not our children that we are accustomed to burying, but rather our elders, so we are very confused.
According to the detectives, Gordon was assaulted in West Park. According to his aunt, they are clueless about what took place.
“That is the worst part, and to know that he was scared and by himself, that is what is hurting us the most,” she said. “That is the thing that brings us the most pain.”
A reward of up to ten thousand dollars is being offered by the Broward Sheriff’s Office for any information that assists detectives in apprehending the individual or individuals responsible for the crime. According to Gordon’s aunt, that is all that they desire.
The statement that she made was, “Somebody has to pay for what has happened to him.” We want justice right now, and we want whoever is responsible for what happened to our loved one to pay for it.
