Credit Card Abuse Reported at Downtown Chevron, Riverside H-E-B—Suspect Wanted

AUSTIN, Texas—

 Austin police are looking for a man wanted for using a credit card that did not belong to him in May.

According to police, the suspect was seen on Sunday, May 4, using a credit card that did not belong to him on two separate occasions.

The suspect used the credit card at the Chevron at 30 South I-35 downtown, and a second time at the HEB at 2508 Riverside Drive.

Police say the card belonged to a victim of a vehicle burglary at 54 East Ave. earlier that same day,

The suspect is described as a black heavyset man in his early 30s with a thin mustache. Police say he was last seen wearing a Michael Kors shirt, acid-washed jeans and a Houston Astros hat.
