The victim of a recent skydiving tragedy has been identified as Dr. Noel Liu, who was from East Peoria. This information was provided by the LaSalle County coroner.
Secure Dental and DentVia were both established by the dental entrepreneur, who is 48 years old, in collaboration with his wife, Dr. Nazish Jafri.
On his various social media platforms, Jafri disseminated the news of Liu’s passing. More than one hundred thirty comments have been left on the post over on Facebook, with many people offering their condolences for the unexpected death.
According to a portion of what Jafri wrote, “He lived a life full of fulfillment and satisfaction, always pursuing his passions with enthusiasm and courage.”
Through his warmth and excitement, Noel left behind precious memories that will be treasured for the rest of one’s life. His legacy will be remembered for generations to come. He was a wonderful example to many others in the roles of father, husband, son, brother, and mentor.
According to the circumstances surrounding Liu’s passing on July 7, the LaSalle County Coroner Richard Ploch was dispatched to Skydive Chicago in Ottawa. The next day, a forensic investigation autopsy was carried out on the deceased individual. It has not yet been determined what the preliminary results will be, according to Ploch, and additional testing might also be carried out.
The skydiving incident is still being reviewed and investigated by the district attorney’s office as well as the coroner’s office in LaSalle County. The Federal Aviation Administration and the National Transportation Safety Board are reportedly providing assistance, as stated in a press statement.
