In South Florida, celebrations of the Fourth of July were held despite the overcast weather and the possibility of rain coming down on Friday.
Peacock Park in Coconut Grove, which is located close, was the location of the Fourth of July celebration that was held in Miami at Bayfront Park.
Crandon Boulevard was the location of the yearly parade that was paraded along by the Village of Key Biscayne.
At the JW Marriott, Aventura hosted the culmination of their fourth annual On The Green Fireworks Extravaganza. In Miami At the Biltmore Hotel, Turnberry and Coral Gables both showed off their fireworks displays.
Both Altos del Mar Park and Lummus Park in Miami Beach played host to two jubilant events.
South of Las Olas Boulevard, all the way to Las Olas Oceanside Park and the ocean, Fort Lauderdale played host to the Fourth of July Spectacular, which was held in Broward County.
A fireworks display was held in Hollywood, and the Guitar Hotel at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino was decorated with the flag of the United States of America. At the Seminole Casino in Coconut Creek, there was a celebration that included fireworks and a drone.
In addition to the parades that took place in Plantation and Lauderdale-By-the-Sea, Pompano Beach held a celebration at the Fisher Family Pier.
