As per the police report, the driver was also responsible for hitting an unoccupied vehicle, which subsequently collided with the ice cream truck that was parked. According to the authorities, the driver, who allegedly attempted to flee the site of the accident, was discovered by witnesses and is presently being treated at a hospital.
The reason I came out was because there was a very loud noise. According to one of the neighbors, it appeared to be a bomb. “I hadn’t anticipated that it would be a coincidence.”
The collision, according to the locals, highlights the long-standing concerns that have been raised about speeding in the neighborhood, which is home to a school, park, and library.
“This is a terrible thing. A neighborhood can be found here. When asked about it, a neighbor said, “We have kids everywhere.” Not only do people fly down this road during school hours, but they also fly down it in the middle of the day and at night.
Despite the fact that the police have not confirmed this particular detail, some neighbors have speculated that the vehicle may have been engaged in another collision just moments before the tragic collision.
There has been no public publication of the names of either the driver or the victims as of Tuesday night, according to inquiries. While the detectives continued to gather evidence, the area was prevented from being seen by tape.
