Marysville, CA: 22-Year-Old Sacramento Man Among 3 Killed in Tragic Highway 70 Crash

A head-on collision that occurred in Marysville resulted in the deaths of three individuals and three others, including a toddler, who sustained serious injuries. One of the victims who passed away was a man from Sacramento, according to the Yuba County Sheriff-Coroner’s Office.

The occurrence took place on a Saturday afternoon.

Clint Waddell, who was 22 years old, and two residents of Oroville were killed in the collision that occurred along Highway 70 near 24th Street at approximately 2:45 p.m., according to the reports that have been received so far. However, the second car only had one person inside it, and that was the driver. The first vehicle contained five people. One of the victims who sustained serious injuries was transported to the hospital via helicopter, according to the Marysville police department.

Despite the fact that the investigation is still in its preliminary stages, administration officials believe that speed may have been a factor.
