An accident that occurred on Thursday in Naranja resulted in the hospitalization of a number of persons, including five children, according to the respective authorities.
The crash that resulted in an entrapment occurred close to Southwest 286th Street and 142nd Avenue at approximately 6:47 p.m., and nineteen Miami-Dade Fire Rescue units arrived to the place.
There were three people who were successfully rescued by fire crews at the spot.
A total of five juvenile patients and three adults were transferred to hospitals together.
It was not possible to obtain any additional information regarding the cause of the collision or the severity of the injuries sustained.
