A vehicle and a bus operated by Sacramento Regional Transit were involved in a collision on Sunday afternoon, according to the police. The collision resulted in two people suffering critical injuries and five others suffering minor injuries.
At approximately 4:30 p.m., the collision took place in the vicinity of Marsano Circle and Auburn Boulevard.
Two people who were inside a Honda CR-V were said to have suffered critical injuries, according to the police. They were transported to a medical facility.
Despite the fact that five additional people were injured, only two of them were transported to a hospital, according to the Sacramento Fire Department. The remaining three individuals did not wish to be transported.
It is currently unknown what caused the crash to occur in the first place.
