Southern California Tragedy: 3 Killed in Crash Involving Fleeing Motorcyclist

A collision that featured a biker who was purportedly attempting to elude sheriff’s deputies resulted in the deaths of three people in San Bernardino County, including two others who were not involved in the incident.

Around 10:30 in the morning, deputies from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department attempted to execute a traffic stop on the motorcycle in Redlands for reckless driving. This sad event took place as a result of their attempt.

An SBSD Public Information Officer named Mara Rodriguez issued a statement in which she stated that the driver of the motorcycle did not surrender and ran from the deputies. On Redlands Boulevard, close to Tennessee Street, the driver of the motorcycle went into a collision with a vehicle.

After the collision, it was determined that all three of the people involved had passed away.

There is a big number of law enforcement officers and medical workers from the fire department present at the scene of the accident, and what looks to be a black Toyota Prius can be seen in the footage that was taken after the collision.

It looked that goods from inside the Toyota Prius had poured out of the vehicle, either as a consequence of the hit or when crews retrieved the victims from the vehicle. Debris from the collision caused the street to be cluttered with debris.

After the high-speed collision, it is not obvious where the motorcycle came to a stop, despite the fact that the intersection was sealed off while investigators worked at the scene.

The only thing that the SBSD officials said was that they attempted to make a traffic stop, but they did not specify whether or not the deputies followed the motorbike driver.

Furthermore, there was no information supplied regarding the ages or genders of those who were killed in the devastating crash.

PIO Rodriguez stated that detectives from the California Highway Patrol are currently conducting an investigation into the situation where the incident occurred.
