State Police Investigate Deadly Pedestrian Crash in Livingston County, New York

At approximately 7:43 p.m., a pedestrian was involved in a fatal motor vehicle collision that took place in the vicinity of Main Street in the town of York, which is located in Livingston County. The New York State Police at SP Geneseo are currently conducting an investigation into the incident.

After conducting preliminary investigations, it was found that the incident included a pedestrian being struck by a passenger vehicle. At the site, it was determined that the pedestrian’s death was confirmed.

Additionally, the Collision Reconstruction Unit (CRU) and the Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) are currently on their way to the location in order to provide assistance with the investigation.
