Two brothers from New Jersey and their puppy were killed when their automobile fell thirty feet off an overpass while they were street racing. The two boys, who were 18 years old at the time, were also left fighting for their lives, according to the police.
When Aaron Davis, 23, and Joshua Davis, 22, were flung from the back seats of a 2006 Mazda that slammed into a barrier while racing a Dodge Challenger in Philadelphia late on Friday, the Pennsylvania State Police confirmed on Monday that they were not wearing seatbelts at the time of the accident.
According to the authorities, a puppy that was in the back of the vehicle with them was also flung out of the vehicle and discovered dead after it crashed approximately 30 feet from an overpass on Interstate 95.
According to the police, two further Davis brothers, Benjamin and Nathaniel, both of whom are 18 years old, were transported to the hospital with severe injuries. Their health is still considered to be critical.
There was an immediate lack of clarity on which brother was behind the wheel as the vehicle slammed into the overpass and fell onto the roadway below.
During the course of the footage that was obtained, the wrecked vehicle with damaged windows was seen lying on its side.
The authorities believe that street racing may have been a factor in the collision.
In accordance with the information provided by the police, Aaron Davis has been recognized as a resident of Cranbury, New Jersey, while the remaining brothers are residents of East Windsor.
