At approximately 8 p.m., officers were called to the 100 block of Buckridge Drive in response to a complaint of a dirt bike accident.
Police claim that an adult male was still on the dirt bike while it was being hauled by another car using rope. The individual sustained potentially fatal injuries after falling onto the road while being towed.
According to reports, the man is in critical condition after being taken to the hospital.
The Reconstruction Unit of the Waterbury Police Department is looking into the matter.
