During the time that I was standing next to Zackery and the medical team was providing him with medical attention, I overheard Zackery say, “There are a lot of drugs in my system.” Zackery was asked by the medical staff how much it was. “You already know about the heroin,” Zackery said in response to them. He admitted to using “crack cocaine” when the medical personnel asked him about his other consumption, according to the complaint.
